GoPost.io Terms of Service

Welcome to GoPost.io! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoPost website, application, and services (“GoPost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using GoPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About GoPost

GoPost.io allows creators and agencies to transfer, manage, and schedule content—like videos, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions—across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. With optional AI features, GoPost helps optimize your posts for each channel to save time and boost engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GoPost. If you are using GoPost on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

  • You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content (e.g., videos, text, thumbnails, metadata) you upload, link, or import into GoPost ("User Content").
By using GoPost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Process and transform your content for posting,

  • Cache or temporarily store content to facilitate delivery,

  • Display content to you for previews and editing, and

  • Share content with third-party platforms (as directed by you).

We will never sell or publicly publish your content without your explicit permission.

5. AI Optimization (Optional)

You may choose to enable AI-based features to generate captions, thumbnails, hashtags, or optimize content.

If enabled, you grant GoPost a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the specific content inputs (e.g., video titles, descriptions, captions) for:

  • Improving our AI models,

  • Training internal recommendation systems.

AI features are entirely optional and disabled by default. You can opt in or out at any time in your settings.

6. Platform Access & Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. GoPost may be unavailable temporarily for:

Maintenance or updates,

Platform integrations (e.g., API limits or outages from TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services or your internet connection.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use GoPost for illegal or harmful purposes.

  • Automate excessive requests that burden our systems.

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone GoPost.

  • Circumvent usage limitations or tier restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

  • GoPost offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • We offer a 14-day trial. After that, no refunds are provided unless required by law.

  • Failed payments may lead to service interruption.

Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.

9. Data Privacy

  • GoPost complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

  • We only collect and use your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • You may request data deletion at any time by contacting: support@gopost.io.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and documentation related to GoPost is owned by GoPost.io or its licensors. Except for your content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of GoPost without permission.

11. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or legal violations.

  • Termination of your account ends your license to use GoPost and access historical data (unless legally required to retain).

12. Limitation of Liability

GoPost is provided “as is” and “as available.”We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption,

  • Platform downtime or errors,

  • Incompatibility with third-party APIs.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and notify you via email or in-app alert if the changes are material. Continued use of GoPost means you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
