GoPost.io Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoPost.io ("GoPost," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Doohma Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

By using GoPost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About GoPost

GoPost.io allows creators and agencies to transfer, manage, and schedule content—including videos, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions—across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Optional AI features help optimize content for each platform to save time and boost engagement.

1a. YouTube API Services

GoPost uses YouTube API Services to enable users to upload, manage, and publish videos to YouTube channels connected to their GoPost account.

By using any GoPost features that interact with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service available at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

You also acknowledge that your use of the YouTube integration is subject to Google's Privacy Policy available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Users may revoke GoPost's access to their YouTube data at any time via their Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

GoPost does not access, collect, or store YouTube user data beyond what is necessary to provide the requested functionality.

1b. TikTok Content Posting API

GoPost uses the TikTok Content Posting API to enable users to upload and publish video and photo content to TikTok accounts connected to their GoPost account.

By using any GoPost features that interact with TikTok, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and the TikTok Community Guidelines (https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines).

You acknowledge that content you post to TikTok through GoPost is subject to TikTok's review, moderation, and visibility controls, and that TikTok may restrict, remove, or limit the visibility of such content at its discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with TikTok's policies, including its rules on music usage, commercial and branded content disclosure, and intellectual property.

GoPost does not access, collect, or store TikTok user data beyond what is necessary to provide the requested functionality. You may revoke GoPost's access to your TikTok account at any time within the TikTok app under Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.

1c. Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

GoPost integrates with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to enable users to publish, schedule, and manage content on Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts connected to their GoPost account.

By using any GoPost features that interact with Facebook or Instagram, you agree to be bound by the Meta Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms), the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), and the Instagram Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870).

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through GoPost complies with Meta's policies, including the Facebook Community Standards and Instagram Community Guidelines, and rules on branded content, intellectual property, and commercial disclosure. Meta may review, restrict, remove, or limit the visibility of content at its discretion.

GoPost accesses your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts only to provide the functionality you request, and does not access, collect, or store Meta user data beyond what is necessary to deliver that functionality. You may revoke GoPost's access at any time via your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, or by removing the connection within your GoPost account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoPost. If you use GoPost on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

• Registration information must be accurate and complete.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of content you upload or import into GoPost ("User Content"). By using GoPost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and transform content for posting

• Temporarily store content to facilitate delivery

• Display content for previews and editing

• Share content with third-party platforms, including YouTube, strictly at your direction and authorization

We will never sell or publicly publish your content without your explicit permission.

5. AI Features (Optional)

If you enable AI-based features (e.g., auto captions, thumbnails, hashtags), you grant GoPost a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the content inputs you submit solely to generate and deliver the requested AI feature.

We do not use content imported from, or associated with, connected third-party platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) to train or improve AI or machine-learning models. Where content is processed by a third-party AI provider, only the specific text needed for the task is sent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features are optional and can be enabled or disabled in your account settings.

6. Platform Access & Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance or updates

• Third-party API outages (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services or your internet connection.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use GoPost for illegal or harmful purposes

• Automate excessive requests that burden the system

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone GoPost

• Circumvent usage limitations or plan restrictions

• Violate the terms or policies of third-party platforms connected through GoPost, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

GoPost offers free and paid plans billed monthly or annually.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Payment is processed through Paddle, Stripe, or other approved providers. We do not store full payment details.

8a. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for eligible subscriptions or products purchased through Paddle.

Refunds must be requested via Paddle; after 14 days, subscriptions or products are non-refundable.

9. Data Privacy

GoPost complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. Data collection and usage are outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time via support@gopost.io or admin@doohma.com.

9a. How to Delete Your Data

You control your data in GoPost and can delete it at any time.

Deleting a Facebook / Instagram connection: Log in to GoPost and go to Home → Open Left Navigation Menu → Click on the connection and Click Delete. Removing a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account permanently deletes that connection along with all underlying data tied to it — including access tokens, scheduled posts, automations, and any content or metadata associated with that connection.

Revoking access from Meta's side: You may also revoke GoPost's access directly from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Removing GoPost there ends our access to your Pages and Instagram accounts.

Deleting your entire account or other requests: Email support@gopost.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.

Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, billing records), as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Doohma Limited or its licensors. Except for your content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce GoPost content without permission.

11. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel subscriptions anytime via your dashboard.

GoPost may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or legal violations.

Termination ends your license to use GoPost and may restrict access to historical data unless legally required.

12. Limitation of Liability

GoPost is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption

• Platform downtime or errors

• Incompatibility with third-party APIs

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes are effective when posted, and material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless your local jurisdiction requires otherwise.
