Get started with GoPost.io and move your content across platforms effortlessly. Connect your accounts, import your videos, optimize them for each platform, and post everywhere in just a few clicks — saving time so you can focus on creating.

Step 1 - Go to GoPost.io


Step 2 - Sign Up or Log In

  • New Users → Click Start for Free and sign up with Google, Facebook, or email.

  • Existing Users → Click Login and sign in using your SSO or username + password.


Step 3 - Access Your Workspace

After login, you’ll land in your GoPost workspace (Dashboard).

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard has three main sections:

1. Left Navigation

  • Connect or disconnect your social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Drive, etc.).

2. Top Navigation

Here you’ll find:

  • Home → Access user guides, tutorials and create new Agents.

  • All Agents → View and manage all Agents you’ve created.

  • Uploads → See all the content you’ve uploaded into GoPost.

  • Current Plan → Check which plan you’re on.

  • Available Credits → Track your remaining posting credits.

  • Upgrade → Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

  • Notifications → Updates and important alerts.(Coming soon)

  • FAQs → Answers to common user questions.(Coming soon)

3. Main Workspace

This area changes depending on what you click:

  • Home

    • Get started guide → Opens your get started guide.

    • Create a New Agent → Start setting up an Agent for posting.

  • All Agents → Shows all your Agents (both Post from Local and Cross-Post Social).

  • Uploads → Browse your uploaded content.

  • Plan & Credits → Manage your subscription and credits.


Step 4 - Create an Agent

An Agent in GoPost is your posting workspace. Inside an Agent, you define:

  • Source → Where the content comes from.

  • Target → Where the content will be published.

There are two types of Agents:

1. Post from Local Agent

  • Source → Upload content from your computer or from your GoPost Upload Library.

  • Destination → Platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Drive, etc.

  • Best for → Uploading new content directly.

2. Cross-Post Social Agent

  • Source → Existing content from Instagram.

  • Destination → Other platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram (other accounts), or Google Drive.

  • Best for → Repurposing content you’ve already shared on Instagram.


Step 5 - Review Content, Schedule or Publish

After creating an Agent, you can manage all your content in one place before posting. Here’s how it works in the dashboard:

1. Review Content

  • Open your created Agent.

  • You’ll see a list of all content items in that Agent, including images or video previews.

  • Each item shows its status:

    • Published → Content is already live.

    • Scheduled → Content is scheduled to go live at a future date/time.

    • Ready to Schedule → Content is ready to be scheduled or published.

2. Edit Metadata

  • For each content item, click Edit Metadata to update:

    • Title – Make it engaging for the platform.

    • Description – Add captions, links, or hashtags.

    • Tags / Hashtags – Add relevant tags to increase visibility.

    • Thumbnail – Select or upload a custom thumbnail.

    • Platform setting - For example, Choose Private or Public or Unlisted for YouTube

  • Metadata updates help optimize your post for each platform.

3. Schedule or Publish

  • Schedule → Set a date and time for posting on one or more platforms.

  • Publish → Send the content live immediately to all selected destinations.

  • You can also cancel a scheduled post if needed.

4. Platform Overview

  • The Agent UI shows which platforms are selected for each post.

  • Check the status indicators (Published, Scheduled, Ready) to track your content at a glance.

  • Use the Select All Available checkbox to schedule or publish multiple items at once.

✅ In short:

  • Sign up / log in to your workspace.

  • Explore your dashboard (connect accounts, view uploads, manage plans).

  • Create an Agent (choose Local or Cross-Post) → define source + destination → create agent

  • Review your Agent content → edit metadata like title, description, hashtags, and thumbnails → schedule posts or publish instantly to all selected platforms.
